Refund policy

• Return or exchange facility is given only in following circumstances:

  • ​if wrong piece gets delivered by our team accidentally.

  • if the order delivered gets damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect.

• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package on contact.chaakmaati@gmail.com or 9289402239. We will bear the cost of return shipment.

• If the size of a piece does not match the customer's requirement, we will exchange the piece. Customer will bear the cost of the shipment.

• No returns or exchange will be entertained in following circumstances:

  • if the customer does not accept the package and returns without accepting.

  • if you contact us after 48 hours of delivery.

  • if it is on the basis of slight difference in the shade of glaze.​
